For fifty dollars, you will be able to purchase her e-book with her workouts for all levels, each under thirty minutes, along with an exercise encyclopedia. The encyclopedia will help you ensure you are executing the moves correctly. She also added warm-ups and extra stretching for the days you need a little extra.
